Denver Justice High School's mission is to provide a college-preparatory education for all students. Justice targets students who are chronically truant, who have been unsuccessful in a traditional school setting or who have been involved in the criminal justice system. Denver Justice High is a place where “at-risk” youth can become successful “youth of promise” by being given high standards, opportunities and an environment which cultivates growth. Central to these objectives is a focus on the individual student empowering all the students to see the importance in the educational process. The school will utilize high academic standards, tutoring and Denver Justice High teachers will create a diverse learning atmosphere which encourages acceptance and compassion for all human beings.
