Cowell Elementary School is a community committed to educating and supporting the whole child, ensuring our students are ready for their exciting futures! Cowell's instructional and behavioral approaches are consistent schoolwide and are provided by an excellent teaching staff. We operate under the Transitional Native Language Instruction (TNLI) model in which English learners begin studying in their native language and transition toward English proficiency. We are dedicated to preparing our students for the rigor of their future learning. At Cowell, we collaborate with our students, families, district and community to uphold shared values that will empower and inspire students to become lifelong learners. We offer free Discovery Link programming and enrichments by ELCS.
