DSST: Cedar High School (formerly DSST: Byers), which is part of Denver's distinguished DSST Public Schools network, provides a world-class STEM education. We are committed to being a welcoming community where all people are known and valued. At Cedar, students have the opportunity to explore their identities academically, personally and socially. Together, we work to cultivate relationships and support each other to be our best. Our graduates at Cedar have the opportunity to pursue their aspirations and positively impact the world. Because we are committed to high expectations for students we have been green on state performance framework ratings since our founding in 2016. Last year, we ranked in the top five DPS high schools on overall P/SAT growth. We were also ranked the No. 2 high school for 11th-grade P/SAT scores in DPS. In addition to great academic outcomes, we have robust clubs, athletics, affinity groups and student government. Our strong, supportive community and shared core values give students the confidence to take the lead in their studies, athletics and activities, personal passions, college, career and in life.
