Steele Elementary places equal importance on providing students with the opportunity to grow academically, socially and emotionally. We understand our students' social and emotional well-being is critical to their academic achievement. Our staff prioritizes building strong relationships with students and families. Steele Elementary offers a rigorous educational program designed to excite, challenge and engage students. Steele staff is committed to building a strong partnership with parents in order to provide the best education possible for our students. With the support of our amazing Parent Teachers Association, Steele is able to provide incredible specials programs including art, physical education, music and drama. Steele was a recipient of the Governor's Distinguished Improvement Award and the 2023 recipient of the John Irwin Award for School Excellence. We offer fee-based Discovery Link programming and enrichments by Extended Learning and Community Schools.
